The Yeet Multisyllable pack is a particularly important one. This pack is made up entirely of two-syllable words.
It’s one of the few packs in the Yeet series that moves learners beyond single-syllable decoding and into true multisyllable reading.
The words include combinations such as:
• open first syllable and closed second syllable
• closed first syllable and open second syllable
• and closed–closed syllable patterns
You’ll see both long and short vowels across the vocabulary.
The vocabulary ranges from low-level to more complex words, making this pack incredibly flexible. But what makes this pack especially powerful is how you can use it.
You can use it as a diagnostic tool. When a learner encounters two-syllable words, you immediately see:
